I had a fabulous experience overall at the resort. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with a pristine beach and warm, safe waters. The staff, especially our GEM, were stellar, making us feel incredibly welcome. However, the public areas seemed a bit worn and could use some renovation to match the charm of the villas. Overall, it's a memorable place, but some improvements are needed in communal spaces.
